    any results from using dell escalation???

    i want to know if anyone who had issues with dell sales or customer service gotten any results by using the escalation e-mails???? i want to kmow does this really help or is it a waste of time.

    I did. A replacement exchange system was arranged for..and it as originally a problem because it was a downgrade. After fighting I got a better system, but out of the box I have now discovered a display problem with it.

    Hey, it will work...you just have to be diligent, and have some patience....even though you may be at a frustration level of sorts!

    And, be sure to document everything related to the *escalation*
