i can not get it to come up been trying for a couple hours now...
keep getting:
500- server processing error
anyone else?? im dying to see which screen i have coming... and i cant pull up the invoice arghhhh

simple go to your dell acoount then view your orders pick one click the invoice link on it and thats what comes up.. cant link to it since it requires a password and has my personal info there

had the same issue. the page loaded if i used internet explorer instead of firefox for me. you can try that... but the next page for me i think said it was going to send a request to a csr or something. didn't bother. maybe i'm tripping. hehe. but it loaded with ie, that's for sure.

same problem for me.. tried on 2 different internet connections and 2 different computers..

ah, well. i must have just got lucky and got through once. sorry ie no worky!
edit: hmm... when i use 'open link in ie tab' from firefox- it opens. weird.
also, the page says this;
