    i need some tips on haggling down the price. what sort of things can they offer? free upgrades? discounts on extended warranty? overall discounts?

    I don't know if this would work, and it would be lying, but you can say that you tried to buy dell a while back and they completely screwed you over, canceled your order and had repeated delays but you want to give them a second chance.....and go from there with your imagination.

    That could at least get you Overnight Shipping ( got me on my replacement after about 30 min of ing at them :D)
