geezus man, i can barely understand the people picking up the phones.. and they are absolutely no help to me.

so the free 6gb upgrade option($60 value) for the dell xps15 had just came on right after i put my order in with my one time use mystery coupon for 35%(which took off about $250).

this moron tells me i should cancel the order and re-order to get the free upgrade with NO OTHER DISCOUNT(i won't be able to keep my 35% off). ? he's expecting me to pay an additional $200 for 2gb of ram. these people transferred me about 7 times.. and could not get any help.

anybody know who i could talk to?

Honestly, RAM is so cheap these days, I don't think it's worth the hassle. You can get a 4GB DDR3 DIMM for $20 on eBay, etc (which is what I presume you need for the 6GB upgrade Just do the upgrade yourself and save yourself the hassle.
