This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     i have an inspiron 6400 with xp and a ati 1300 gpu. over the last 2 months evry time i boot up i get a message stating i am unable to change settings in the catalyst control center, to please contact my administrator.

    any ideas what this is all about? any way to reset this?
