ok... so what really happened was i was sitting down ,my laptop plugged into the wall and then suddently i stood up and pulled the cord, pulled the laptop with it. I had a glass cup on the floor and the top of the notebook hit it. I look to see any damage and when i close the screen i hear a crack noise. The plastic around the screen split so i snapped it back together. Now on the right next to the hinge or w/e theres a piece of something like plastic sticking out. It doesnt do anything really but now when i close the laptop the screen doesnt turn off :( i dont know what to do!?! My warrenty expired and they want me to pay them like $150 or something to fix it! anybody think they know what the problem is and is there a way to take of the plastic around the Screen so maybe i cant take a look to what happened and maybe fix it? Thanks!
