I don't know about sleek. But I went with a Timbuk2 Messenger bag. It's expensive, but I have heard good things and it is made in America.

The main reason I like it is that it does not look like a laptop bag. It also has plenty of space for accessories and books/papers.

It's a tiny bit bigger than I would have liked, but the extra room will be useful.

If you really want a sleek more "trendy" bag, then you might try Crumplerbags.com. The Skivvy line of bags looks like they are designed to be only slightly larger than your laptop. So they will look a lot smaller and sleeker. Also they are half the price.

That's the Commute which is close, to the one I got. A little more room in it I think. You can get the smaller tabs on the messenger too.

I bought mine through Dell, because it comes in all black, and it has the smaller reflective tabs. The ship date is Aug 29th though!!! If I got that through Timbuk2 I would have had to customize it then no returns.

If I get my laptop and my bag is not going to ship soon though I will probably cancel and buy from Timbuk2 direct.
