I just use default with Digital Vibrance turned to 40% or so.

I am going to be really thick here but.

How do I alter my brightness and colour settings, as far as I know they are on max.

I ask as I have never owned a laptop before and am just learning.

And on my desktop, I just alter the actual monitor.

    Thanks

Right click on desktop/Nvidia Control Panel/Adjust desktop colour desktop settings...

Set Digital Vibrance to around 50%.
