I'm curious to know what the average big business discount is on a dell. I work for a big business and don't know exactly if they have a dell account, but there is a ton of dells in the office.

the company I was working for was buying/using Dell systems and offered employee savings for individual purchases. Discount was only 10 or 15%. However, I would imagine that the actual volume discount is actually bigger.
