I've got a new M4300 that has the bluetooth option installed (when I try to install it again, it asks me if I want to remove it so I assume it is installed). I don't see anything in my devices, and when I go to control panel /add blue tooth device, (turn my bluetooth mouse on from dell and even hold the button, though just guessing about that), it says not found.
Is there someplace I have to enable bluetooth? I can't find any docs on the dell web site. I guess I can call dell monday.
any ideas?

Hello,
My name is Richard; I work for Dell's Online Community Outreach group here in Round Rock, Texas. I am responding to your post about enabling Bluetooth on your M4300 computer.
You will first want to verify that the Bluetooth in the bios is set to "Always On". Then check to see if the radio LED is on. Finally, use the wireless switch to turn on the Bluetooth.
Try out what I suggested and report back what happened. Good luck!
