i have been having this problem since i got my laptop. when i use my mouse the signal would just drop while you are in the middle of doing something. it done happen frequently, like only once a week. i have the driver from the dell website. im pretty sure its not the mouse since i returned the first one and got a new one. is this happening to anyone else? thanks for your help

I think it is a feature of the V270 and/or bluetooth. I have a Samsung notebook and see something similar, perhaps more like once daily. Turning the mouse off and on again usually gets it working again.

I have the same problem with my M1210. Sometimes just turning the mouse off then back on again works, but I have had to reboot to get the computer to see the mouse. I've also turned the computer bluetooth off, then on again. This has worked, but what a pain.
geez, the mouse just stopped working as I am typing this.

I've never had a problem with my M1210 / it's included Dell Bluetooth 350 with my Logitech 270. Weird.
