    the screen of my xps 15 9560 broke a few months back, and Ive contacted Dell support manny times. Unfortunately, Dell and their local distributors have been unhelpful in getting me a screen replacement even if I was willing to pay.

    Is there a reputable store or website (aside from ebay), where I can purchase this screen (4k touchscreen) in the USA?

    Amazon probably. Or you can try ifixit. They maybe able to send you in the right direction.
