I recently bought 32GB Dell Venue 8 Pro for extremely cheap $120 from Black Friday deals and I have been very happy with the purchase, expect the fact that it has only 23GB usable space, 12 of which are already occupied with file systems and preinstalled apps, leaving me just around 10GB to play with.

Then I look around disk management, here's what I found:

    I have several questions:
    1. What is "EFI system partition"? May I delete it?
    2. If I'm certain that I'm not going to use system restore function, can I reformat them for personal use? I mean it's taking 5GB..
    3. If they can be reformatted, can I merge all of them together as C drive without risking any of my files in C? I don't want to reinstall Windows..
