    Well, if you download AVG anti-spyware, it comes with a suped-up task manager that will kill any process.

    It's not a long term fix. I've never really had issues with that specific process. Probably because I haven't touched my Dell in like a year now. Anyway...

    Click Start, then find the run command. In it type msconfig

    Go to Startup and find the process. Make sure it's unchecked and then click Apply. Restart.

    Try running "msconfig" and find the process and uncheck it. This should prevent it from running at startup. I'm not sure which process it is though.
