question in topic, if so what settings would need to be changed?

i ask this because it says the required gfx card is a 32mb 3d card, and im not sure if the integrated one on the 700m is 3d.

By the looks of it, the the Inspiron 700m uses the Intel GMA900 graphics board, which would not be well suited to WoW. Some people have trouble running raids even with a GMA950, the next series along. I couldn't see WoW running well, except perhaps on lowest res/settings.

Actually, the 700m uses Intel Extreme Graphics 2...which is specifically not supported on WOW as per their webpage.

I know it runs on an Intel 900GMA card, but on the Intel Extreme Graphics 2 card, it is doubtful.

I read somewhere that WoW is supported for the GMA900, but just barely. The framerates are abysmal.

Hey, I have a 700M, going up for sale soon too!

I played WOW on it a bunch, was running Titan (which probably slowed it down a smidge) but I was getting about 10-20 fps in Org, and about 15-20 fps elsewhere. Sometimes it went down lower too. Would not recommend for raids etc, but was err... OK for grinding and soloing.

WOULD NOT USE AS PRIMARY! OK to use in a pinch or on the road.

I have the Pentium M 1.6 with 1.5 GB ram. Was running with low settings at 1024x768.
