    Hi
    I bought a new laptop (dell inspiron 3521 i5) about 2 weeks ago, and today was the first time I tried to open the CDROM drive.
    The CD drive won't open. I click the button and nothing happens. Won't eject.
    Then i tried to open it by double clicking its name in "My Computer". and voila! It opened.
    More than that; now it opens also by clicking the button with my hand.

    Problem is when i put my computer to sleep (only tried hibernation though) and awake it, same problem reappears.

    What's happening here?
