The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. Click Start, and then click Run. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK. Locate the following location:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersion

In the right pane, double-click RegisteredOwner. Under Value data, type the name that you want, and then click OK. Click Exit on the File menu to quit regedit. Be careful when messing around with the registry. You can do a lot of damage. Good Luck.
