    changing address with dell for shipping

    so i changed my address to get my dell m1330 shipped to me, so does anyone know how long it takes for the dell website to get updated to show the address I changed it to

    Better call the sales department so that they can change it directly. Not sure regarding the website on how long they keep it updated.

    I've been trying to get them to change an address for the last week on a CD I need for a desktop. I'd give them a call, check the status online, and basically harass them until it looks right to everyone.

    Once they make the 'change address request' it should show up in 24-48 hours.

    In the meantime, I need to get back on the phone with Dell as DHL refuses to redirect that CD to the correct address without Dell's approval :mad2:

    I just emailed my dell rep and he sent back a confirmation email the same day...so yeah just email ur rep
