    There is no refund listed but the money seems to be back in my account yet the order is still in production. Is this normal??? Im worried my order will be delayed which is not good at all.

    Called and they said the order is all good and the charge is good too. I guess Im ok. Stated a 3/13 ship date, but I sure hope its sooner as this "loaner" laptop is killing me.
