    charged twice for vista upgrade

    there are two seperate charges on my credit card 1 day apart in the amount of $10.80 each. anyone else have 2 charges? both from ZOMAX DELL VISTA . by the way vista so far is acceptable.

    You should dispute one of them it may have been a computer glitch or accidental charge. I assume the $10.80 is to cover the shipping for the Vista.

    That is correct. I would do that as well. Oddly enough I remember getting 2 DHL shipment emails. The one appears to be voided however.

    thanks guys, it may only be $10.80 but its the principal of it all. just checking with the people in the know before i raise the issue with the powers that be.
