I have an old 5150. It's not charging while plugged in. Sent it back to dell and they replaced the charger, but still not charging. Any suggestions?

I have only one suggestion, send it back in for repairs again. Call tech support and explain the situation to get it repaired again. Sounds like a possible power supply issue and they should fix it. If it is still under warranty, use it. It doesn't sound like anything that there is a quick fix for other than faulty hardware being replaced. I also know that it is a pain to be without your box but its worth it, lots of people put it off until their warranty has expired and then you are out of luck. I hope this was helpful in some way.
