    checking repair status?

    i sent my e1405 back today to have the screen replaced. dell had a really good way of sending it to them. they send an empty box via DHL and i send it back with a prepaid shipping label.

    anyway, I'm wondering if there is a way to check on the status of my repair? it would be kinda nice if I had an idea what time frame i'm looking at.

    talk to them on dell chat and then give your case number. You can then ask for status of repair. That is what I do
