if i say, fry my laptop do they send me replacement one where i can swap between parts (ie. my hard drive?) or do i send in the laptop entirely?

if i need to send in the laptop entirely do i HAVE to send in everything that came INSIDE the laptop (ie. ram and harddrive?) can i take it out prior to sending? i'm mainly curious whether i can sell my ram and hard drive or whether i have to keep them in case something happens...

If you have a complete care issue, you contact them and initiate a claim. They will ask you a series of questions to ensure it is covered. They will then send you a box with shipping labels to send your system in. They will tell you exactly what to include.

    The instructions are specific.
