Wireless n (802.11n) is the latest wireless LAN protocol supporting data rates up to 248 Mbit/s (compared to 54 Mbit/s of previous 802.11g protocol). It also has greater range. It will work at n mode as long as you have an 802.11n wireless access point (router).
Only Dell Wireless 1505 supports 802.11n out of the three as you might have already guessed. However it also has backward compatibility with older 802.11g, 802.11b and 802.11a wireless standards, therefore you dont have to worry about any compatibility issues.
