    I have called the line to see when my order is going to be shipped and when it will arrive and it says the order has shipped may 13th and will be here on or before May 18th... How does it know it has shipped when it is only the 7th?? What does this usually mean? I ordered my xps on the 3rd

    I have no clue, but the same thing happened to me. I just shrugged and decided to chill for a bit, and they ended up shipping my XPS 15 early. It's on a FedEx truck and scheduled for a 5/10 delivery, and I ordered mine on 5/2.
