    confusion about program files

    got my studio15 with core i5 and 4gb Ram yesterday

    All applications are installed in program files(x86) and i have another folder called program files.

    why 2 program files folders ?

    Now wat programs should i install x86 or x64 ? :( :(

    every program that is 64bit compatible will instal in the program files folder.

    32bit applications will instal in the x86 folder.

    If you know a program is 64bit capable, just download and instal its 64bit version. Some will auto instal as such. In the end it will not change a lot for you anyway.

    thanks buddy.. thought 32bit soft ll not work/not supported in 64bit

    Now its clear we can install any bit :D

    another Question plzz.

    My syst got partitioned 240gb in C drive and D,E as 78gb and F as 65gb..

    How can i split C drive space as it has 240gb ?

    Any suggestions?? how u did ur partitions ? and give me a neat method of splitting the partitions
