    cool M1330 sleeve required (UK)

    Hello!

    As the proud owner of an M1330, I was wondering if there are any particularly cool sleeves out there that fit this gorgeous laptop.

    I know there are a couple of threads out there addressing this, but they seem to be out of date or recommend products that are difficult to get in the UK.

    Any help would be hugely appreciated!

    What I can give you is advice as what not to buy:

    Don't get the Case Logic 13.3 inch sleeves because they are way too snug for this laptop, and when opening and closing the zip, the metal part of the zip will constantly hit the aft corners of the laptop thereby possibly leading to scratches.

    What I ended up doing was using the included sleeve along with a 15.4" case logic neoprene sleeve in a Timbuk2 messenger bag. This combination works almost perfectly because with the included sleeve, the m1330 is about the size of a 15.4" laptop.

    Thank you booji, good bit of lateral thinking there!

    Still, would just love a well-fitted original sleeve that looks cool. Have heard some of the macbook sleeves fit - anyone have any experience of this?

    SFbags/Waterfield has been highly rated on these boards and on the net. Check out the main site at:

    They sell custom-built sleeves for the m1330 and the first link I provided includes a list of all the sleeves they produce for Dell laptops. Note that the m1330 has a unique sleeve for the 6-cell and 9-cell designs. Best part is that it looks like they do ship abroad.
