got it a few days back..
    problems:
    cpu whine
    wobbles
    hinge is crooked
2 letters missing off xps logo!
pisses me off that dell could keep making such mistakes on their XPS line..
never the less im going to have my perfect laptop..now when i call in what would be reasonable compensation to ask for?
i was thinking about asking for a t7500 upgrade (its $50 more now than what i paid for my t7300) and perhaps an upgrade to 4yrs of warrenty?

You cant get an upgrade; their commitment is to replace your system and they will replace it with what you ordered.

You can get money back or peripherals if you hit the right CSR. Read my article below.
