Just got my D610 and noticed a couple of annoyances, wonder if they are normal:

1- Fan is constantly on. Although not too loud, it never turns off.
2- Screen squeaks when opening and closing
3- Main battery compartment feels a bit loose (from the main casing).

    Any thoughts?

ps: Also, it feels considerably thicker than my old D600 :(

    Thanks,
    John

havent notices any of the stuff you listed above but im sure there will be other annoyances you will notice later. ive had mine for about 6 months and the most annoying thing i can think of is the high pitch noise coming from the computer whenever something in the usb is plugged in. and dont forget the infamous headphone static noise. althought i think you can avoid that if you got the intergrated graphics card
