I want the best 3d graphics capability (for 3d development, and occasional games and video), but the majority of my use will be 2d, and I want excellent text rendering. Does anyone have any experience with the NVIDIA FX 350m card vs. the NVS 120m, regarding text quality? As far as I can tell, the only difference between the m65 and d820 is the graphics card, which means Dell is charging a hefty premium for the FX 350m. Since I'm unsure how much 3d work I'll be doing, and since the graphics card is not upgradeable, I don't want to sell myself short, but also don't want to sacrifice text quality.

Are there other differences between the d820 and m65 besides the graphics card? Any users who are unable to compare the two, but own one or the other, feel free to chime in with your opinion on text quality. I'll probably be going with the WSXGA+ screen, though WXGA is still a possibility.

    Thanks,
    Dave

just an fyi, text quality isn't dependent on the graphics card. it's dependent on the quality of the LCD and the resolution you're running at: the higher the resolution, the sharper and crisper and smaller the text will be.
