    I orderd my studio xps 16 on june 28th and it was set to ship today and be delivered tomorrow on the 14th!! and now i look at the online status and it shows that its going to be delivered on the 27th!!! And it was in the boxing stage and my rep told me it was going to be sent out today!!

    damn... im contacting my dell guy hopefully ill get a good answer and it will be fixed hehe.

    my dell rep told me to ignore the delivery date he says its going to ship within 1 to 2 days :)

    hope hes right :)

    I heard you can call 1-800-433-9014 and find out exactly what phase of production your system is in. However it just says mine is "in production," no other details. How did you find out yours is boxing?

    this happened to me too, i ordered on the 27th and they said my estimated date was 7/16, about 2 days ago (ie. the 13th) i get an email saying my order will be delayed till 7/22 FML right?

    wrong. lol

    soon after that email (maybe about 5 hours or so) i get another email saying my order has shipped along w/ the fedex tracking number
