Im thinking of getting a dell 1505., 1.83 1Gig, Bluetooth, dvd rw. I had a couple of questions, What is the tv tuner? Is it just a tuner card for viewing "air channels" Also i only have dialup at home but i would like to use wireless in stead of having the laptop "plugged" in. Is the a wireless modem available? And if so which one.
Thanks in advance.
Also this will be my first lap top currently at home i have an old (7 year) 500mhz pentium III (ME). I will be using the lap for the same use as my old desktop, Occasional Autocad, but mostly just normal internet, quicken, excell, word, etc.

The TV tuner is via USB and it is for watching TV...cable channels and stuff on your computer. The only way I can think of doing it wirelessly is by having another computer sign on to the net via dial-up and networking that internet connection either Ad-hoc (without a router...one wireless connection to the other) or have your other laptop sign on and connect that to a wireless router and network that way.

I have found this:

1. will this be compatible with the 1505's bluetooth card?
2. Anyone have any experience with these?
