Hoping someone can help me on this issue but I've got a Dell desktop 4550 and I'm trying to get it connected to the internet via ethernet cable.. I'm getting this after about a minute of "acquiring networking address"

It then has a message saying this and to contact my internet provider..
    1) limited or no connectivity for internet

Click on the 2 small computers they now have a caution sign with a ! point in them and it says" this problem occured cause the network did not assign a network address to the computer..

    Anyhelp could be awesome.. Thanks
