    i'm just fuming with dell right now. i ordered my laptop, which i loove. but three things were wrong with the order to begin with. so i chatted with them and thought i got it all fixed, they even offered me another coupon because one i entered previously didnt go thru. so it's... 2 weeks later and still no coupon and i reallllly want to buy that sexy swiss bag. so i chat with them again and no such record of the coupon being offered to replace my old on... o_O. whatever! i copied and pasted exactly what was said to me to two different csr's. and yet they have no record of it. BAH HUMBUG! so w/e they transferred me to the manager and he still didnt see it but tried to be nice and say i wasnt lying.. gee thanks. so said he'd give me a credit to my swiss bag order. lame. i'm so mad right now. thanks for listening, guys

    ... I'll never buy a dell again. I had a bad experience with them too, they and also tried the whole have a couple and feel better thing with me.

    Well now that it was time again for a new notebook, I'm trying out a Clevo D901c instead ... done with Dell.
