I purchased 9300 last wednesday (4/13/2005) and cancelled it yesterday (4/15/2005)... when i cancelled the order, it was on boxing stage.. the operator successfully cancelled my order and it showed up as "cancelled" in my dell online account..
i checked my citi master card online, and they still didnt give me back my credit..... do you guys knoe how long it takes for them to give it back? this is not cool... they should do it within 24hrs... thanks

When you check your credit card balance, does it show that Dell has debited the total from your credit or is the amount you paid for your order "mysteriously" witheld from your balance with no Dell debit on your account?

If the latter, Dell has put a credit "hold" on your account, and you need to contact Dell financial services as soon as possible.
