Call Dell sales, explain the problem and order over the phone using your coupon.

I wonder if all these different prices at different times for same components, changing coupon values before the last date of use or before it has been used given number of times violates any laws. Dell really needs to simplify their ordering system, it is a lottery as of now.

It is ridiculous! Because of the change I've lost $200. And when they tr

Who said they want you to buy from them? Good luck with the manager but I highly doubt you will get anything.

Why can't they have a coupon directly in their site instead of searching from other places? How many uses does the coupons have? I read 4000 somewhere.

    Dell is playing coupon games.

Yes, I am SO PISSED! I was just about to purchase as well. I called and spent 30 minutes with two different managers whose only ideas were for me to spend more money. SCREW DELL.

^Yup. I had to. I ordered, and fell into their trap. The RLY RLY ironic thing is, ONE NIGHT before I ordered by HP dv6500t, the effective price went up $200 as well... God is having fun with me.

So what will be the next coupon from dell? any ideas? . The next time I should order at 5.56 a.m. before the coupon value changes to a higher price.

Is the present coupon of $300 off of $1399 better or should I wait for the next coupon?

it is a pretty good deal because of the free ram upgrade and teh free harddrive upgrade. I believe tahts about a $350 value normally. I ordered my laptop with those 2 free upgrades and the $350 off coupon the day before it was taken off. $50 difference isn't too bad.
