    as topic says, I live in Sweden and wonder if I can use any of those great deals I find without any additional charges/hassles?

    sorry, but the Dell coupons you see on this site are for the U.S. store only and you cannot order from Dell U.S. and ship overseas. You'd have to buy from Dell Europe, they usually don't have coupon codes unfortunately.
