Coupons are released by Dell to sites. Vouchers are from people who get offers from Dell and put them online.

You can click the Dell coupons section at the top of the forums to see current deals.

You can stack a coupon with the 3% discount from www.fatwallet.com.

    Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure they're country specific. So far I've seen ones applicable to Dell USA and Dell Canada.

Yes, as far as I have seen is Canada and the US are the only ones that offer deals like that. Unless you get a voucher which from what i have seen on Ebay, don't matter what site you us (as far as I know).

I know the coupons can only be used in the US, and I think the vouchers are either for US or Canada. I've heard of a few offers for UK users, but outside of that, I think it is pretty much USA/Canada requirement.

There should be a dell site specifically made for Asia. You won't be able to use the USA site unless you are shipping in the USA and I think you have to pay with a credit card from the US.
