    hey guys i was planning to order a customized laptop from dell's US website.the problem is I'm in india.is there anyway to get it over here?only dells US website offers customized models n i want it so badly.....is there anyway of getting it delivered overseas?

    dell inspiron e1705

    the configs-
    core 2 duo t7200
    1gb ddr2 533mhz ram
    80gb hdd
    256mb nvidia 7900gs
    17" widescreen

    all this at a price of 1430$,after applying the coupon the price is 1270$,killer price 4 sure....

    Dell will not ship to or even allow export of notebooks bought in the U.S. to anywhere (not even Canada or Mexico). In fact, when you purchase a Dell laptop online in the U.S. you have to check a box that says you won't export the laptop anywhere so you could get in trouble if you did :(

    Like Abaxter suggested, there is no way to get it to you. Your billing and shipment address must be in the USA, and the coupons only apply to US residents.

    Ebay generally has E1705 with similar specs for sale.
