Has anyone had this issue where if you play any audio at a pretty loud setting, there is some kind of vibration/screeching noise that comes from the laptop? Ive noticed that it mostly comes from the area to the left of the keypad. It doesn't happen when audio is low/medium, only if I put really loud. Is this a common issue?

kidA, after examining closer I think that you are right. Is no one else having this problem? It is not audible all the time...depends on what audio/how loud it is playing. Might be easy to detect if you listen closely to the left side of keyboard. This really sux, I think I might start to use external speakers as well.
