can you combine the discount offered in the dell employee purchase program with the coupon codes that one can find on the net? if so, i just received my inspiron 9300 a week back -- can i call up support and ask them to credit the employee discount :p ?

    SHORT ANSWER
For the most part no, you need special EPP coupon codes, and they are usually one time use.
    BUT IT DOESNT MATTER
Lately the coupons for the home users site can save you way more then your EPP discount. I bought loaded Inspiron 9300 with 40% off plus $35 off plus 2% more off for using the Dell Preferred Account payment, Free Shipping and a free printer. Also for some reason the home site purchases dont charge tax but the EPP/Business sites do. Tax was like 90 bucks on my EPP purchase and 10 on the home purchase.

If you look long and hard enough you might stumble across one but 99% of the ones on the net are for home users only. I actually stumbled across a 40% off EPP coupon by accident on fatwallet.com though. I didnt even know they went that high at the time. The largest EPP coupon Id heard of before that was 33%. Either way EPP coupons are rare, you might want to ask whoever runs the program at your company if they have one.

oh ok. but what i'm also asking is if i can add an extra dell epp coupon to the existing 40% off etc? so i'll get 40% off as well as say the 12% off that i'm getting with dell epp, so total 52% off? i guess the answer is a no, but want to confirm.

no...u can't do that...sry..cuz if ppl could...then dell would be losing all their money with people getting the total pricce of their laptops up to like $4000 and only having to spend less than $2000...lol
