This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Geeze lol. Well can't say you blame them. That's probably the closest all those people have gotten to leaving feed back about their (lack of) service to someone close (or within) Dell itself. Plus it's a pretty good statement in and of itself. Hopefully Dell will listen, but I have a feeling they are already starting to take as many steps as they can to fix this crisis they're having. The deal with the grainy screens probably set them back pretty far, but it's a good thing they fixed it anyway!

    Dell doesn't read that blog. Its just a free way for them to provide room for you to let steam off. Believing that posting there would do anything is like believing in Santa Claus.
    Also, if this guy Lionel wouldn't filter posts drastically, the number of posts would be much much higher.

    True, but letting steam off can be a good thing if you're a disgruntled customer.

    i find some of the comments entertaining. i'm not done reading all of them yet. this is a good thing to do while waiting for the laptop.
