    Hey Guy,

    I purchased a Dell Inprion 1525, 2 days after purchasing when i start operating, i cane to know, i is getting switch off very often, without error message.

    I call Dell engineer, enquire about it, i came t know, motherboard is not functioning properly.

    I call dell technical support, that are asking to register first.

    I can't understand if i am not able to start my Notebook, how can i register in Dell web site my note book.

    How to start taking help of technical support?

    please guide me.
