hi, after a few years of storage i thought it might be nice to update drivers of my dell inspiron 1545. when i did a reformat on my laptop and went to dell's driver support and put on my service tag and did the dell detect software and found out my bios is very old. the latest bios in dell website was a14 and im currently using a05. my question is there a best way to update bios to prevent it from bricking? example: from a05 i must update to a09 then to a012 then to a014. or just jump straight from a05 to a014?
