    dell making me angry

    So i recently ordered a vostro, and it said the estimated date it would be finished would be 8/16. So i was like, okay its gonna take a while, but thats okay. Well I decided to check out what the estimated shipping date would be if i ordered one today, and it said 8/10....i ordered mine a week ago, and this makes no sense. Should i contact dell? because this is absolutely ridiculous

    Maybe that 8/10 would have changed after you fully place the order, which is what happened to me w/ my m1330 order (as I was placing the order, the final ESD before I entered my payment info and after I fully placed my order and got my confirmation email had about a 5 day difference, and that difference stayed the same after I canceled twice to finally place my order by phone)

    yeah you should and this is why

    Tell them some stupid reason you need it sooner like what i did. i told them i start college 8/15/2007 and i was hopeing to have it buy then... which in reallity i don't start till september ;)
