    will the dell 9300 with xga display play the games and be viewed just as good as the wuxga the wxga has a nvidia 6800 with 256 .

    I would say yes as you would most likely NOT be playing games at WSXGA or WUXGA resolutions anyway.

    The only difference is the WUXGA has better contrast and is brighter and the resolution is 1900x1200. My WXGA+ is a little dimmer and has a matte screen instead of glossy. I love that I am running games at 1440x900 reolution. It is a personal preference if you ask me.
