    Hi Guys,

I had to return a brand new XPS 1330 ( well two actually ) but in one I had already copyied some of my data to it before it died. The laptop motherboard died, I assume that Dell will just replace the motherboard and sell in as a refurbished model does anyone know what they would do with the hard drive in this situation would they reformat before selling?

    Thanks

Sorry, but you did not understand the question. The HDD has already been shipped back to Dell, it's just that I left some data on it that I should have removed.
