What division of Dell would you need to buy from? Are you in the US? Sales reps vary from department to department. Also as others have posted, sales reps usually dont offer any special discounts over those already available online. Your best bet is to find coupons.

You would need to contact Dell India in that case. Usually the bargaining capacity of reps vary by region. In the US, they rarely do it, and in some cases the most they can do is a free bag or something to that extent. In some regions, they don't negotiate at all (i.e. certain EMEA regions). Your best bet would be to call your local Dell number and get a rep on the phone; explain you are serious and you are willing to purchase so long as the price is right. You may benefit or the rep may just go with the policy that the best price is already on the website.
