    dell screw up got me an extra 62$...

    they promised me overnight shipping and ended up sending it out ground 3-5 day.. i called and complained BIG TIME... since i will not see it till next wed at least now..... they credited me what overnight shipping would have cost!!!! sweet deal i can wait a few more days for 62$$ extra...

    I'll try that. Pissed since I was expecting it today, and DHL now said monday.


    This means I'll have to cut my vacation short and be home on monday instead of tuesday

    yep dhl said they are doing this to everyone now.. they are getting TONS of calls about the same thing... also check your address they had mine wrong and had to do a change with dhl...

    I just got $50 back for the same thing...

    616-53 (tax) = 563

    Cheaper then the Lenovo + I get a 9 cell battery instead of 6 cell

    If there anything like UPS you dont need to cut your vacation short becuase of shipping, they will usually make multiple attemps to try and deliver it before you have to pick it up from them. its no biggie.

    I got mine via FedEx Overnight, however I live in a very rural area and I almost never see a DHL truck within 20 miles of my house.

    no most dell's according to dell are shipped via dhl in the usa
