I placed an order 10 days ago for a xps laptop. at the time of place that order, I chatted with a pre-sell rep regarding a config question. then placed an order online. yesterday, I found the info he told me was wrong, so I called in to cancel or change order. dell told to the first order cannot be changed. the only options I have is to place new order and return the first one. or I can refuse delivery for the first one.
So I placed a new order with the correct config I want. but today, I found the 2nd order was canceled. so I called in. after several transfers, I was transfer to a very rude rep stating I'm fraud. he told me it would take him some time to verify my bank then call me back....
but If I'm fraud, why would I cancel first one and place a new...
if i'm fraud, I should just take the first one..![]()

update ..several days..no body every called me .
but my order was canceled... they put fraud held on my account
I called my credit card.. they told me dell did charge me and the authorization went through ok...
dell think I'm fraud ...
